We regularly go here just for the falafels. Never had the pizza or anything else. The place is not supper visually apealing, and we seldom eat at the in-store tables, but the falafels are great and quite nicely priced. I am just about to give them a call to have some ready for me to pick up on the way home.

Called for delivery and after about an hour, I called back to inquire if the pizza had been sent out. I was told that I only called 10 minutes ago even though it had been over an hour. I asked to speak to the manager and the person on the phone said he was the store owner and that I should shut up and be patient. I told him to cancel my order and was promptly told that people like me should never call in the first place. How is this place still in business?

Free Topping Pizza needs a lot of work. If you're going in for a single slice on your way to work, or just being out and about, then you probably won't have much of an issue. NOW, if you want anything else, like shwarma, you're pretty much out of luck, because on a good day it will take 20+ minutes and they rarely have any of the things that they have listed for shwarma in stock. At one point I waited over 40 minutes for 2 shwarma wraps and the boy behind the counter was just chatting with this girl who happened to walk in a few minutes after me. Things like this are regular, and in general the customer service is plain terrible. It seems like their target market is people in need of cheap food who don't care how they're treated, because while their food is a great value, you have to jump through hoops to get it, if you even get it at all. When you have so many customers complaining about their poor service, or their orders being wrong, it might be time to reconsider the idea that they're just bad customers.
